Our Adult Program is the most complete program in Toms River.
We offer classes 7 days a week with multiple times to choose from
including morning classes 6 days a week.
You not only get a great
cardio workout from our Muay Thai Program, you learn valuable
self-defense type strikes and defences. Muay Thai is refered to as
the "Science of 8 Limbs". You will learn how to use powerful and
explosive strikes with your hands, feet/legs, elbows, and knees.
Muay Thai is the stand-up Martial Art of choice for most UFC,
Bellatore and Ring of Combat MMA Fighters. While 90% of our students
are not looking to break into the MMA competition world or become
the next Muay Thai Champion of the world, they still enjoy the
benefits of a complete body workout and the increased
self-confidence they achieve by learning and understanding the art
of Muay Thai. If you are looking to get in shape, loose
weight, or just change up you daily workout routine, this is the workout for you!
Our Muay Thai program is a ranked program which means you will
receive a rank in the form of an armband approximately every 3
months or a little longer depending on attendance and dedication.
Higher ranks have longer time between ranks.
Graduation is mandatory for this program and is held every three
